Como prometido, a marvilhosa Avril Lavigne deu mais um gostinho do que está por vir em seu novo álbum, “Head Above Water”, e lançou nesta terça-feira (12) sua parceria com Nicki Minaj, “Dumb Blonde”. E a música já chegou com um “lyric vídeo” todo colorido para deixar a letra na ponta da língua.
“Eu não sou uma loira burra / não sou nenhuma boneca Barbie estúpida / Eu estou no jogo / Você vai me provar que está errado“, canta Avril na música, que foi coescrita por Bonnie McKee. E o resultado foi uma faixa poderosa que mistura elementos de rock com uma batida super dançante.
Pelo Twitter, Nicki mostrou sua felicidade com a colaboração: “Eu costumava dirigir para o meu trabalho na Red Lobster ouvindo o álbum desta mulher por uma hora direto, todos os dias durante meses. Eu chorava com ‘I’m with you’, e adorava ‘Complicated’, “Things I’ll Never Say”, “Nobody’s Fool” e “Sk8er Boi”. OMG! Esta mulher é incrivelmente talentosa“.
