Chegou o grande dia! Rola hoje (11) à noite mais uma edição do “Teen Choice Awards”, direto de Hermosa Beach, na Califórnia. O evento celebrará os destaques do cinema, da televisão, da música e do entretenimento em geral, de acordo com a opinião do público jovem. A cerimônia será ainda mais memorável, pois promete contar com grandes estrelas de Hollywood como Taylor Swift, Robert Downey Jr., Jessica Alba, Noah Centineo e Madison Beer.

Como se não bastasse comandar os charts com seu hit “Old Town Road”, o rapper Lil Nas X também lidera as indicações de música do Teen Choice deste ano com cinco nomeações, incluindo “Choice Breakout Artist” e “Choice R&B/Hip Hop Song”. Ele fica na frente de Post Malone, que tem quatro indicações, seguido de Halsey, Khalid e Taylor Swift, que concorrem em três categorias cada.
O universo dos heróis também teve grande destaque na premiação! O filme “Vingadores: Ultimato” comanda as categorias de cinema, com nove indicações! Em seguida, o live-action de “Aladdin” acumula cinco, enquanto “Capitã Marvel”, “Aquaman” e “Podres de Ricos” contam com quatro indicações cada. Nas categorias de TV, os favoritos da vez são Riverdale, Flash, Shadowhunters e Arrow.

Taylor Swift será uma das grandes homenageadas da noite e receberá o primeiro “Icon Award”. “Como uma das artistas musicais que mais venderam de todos os tempos, com mais de 50 milhões de álbuns vendidos, Taylor Swift é um ícone da cultura pop cujos elogios e conquistas vão além de superar paradas musicais e lotar estádios em todo o mundo”, anunciou a premiação.
