Critics Choice Awards 2024: Oppenheimer desbanca Barbie, que também não faz feio; veja a lista de vencedores

A cinebiografia sobre o criador da bomba atômica concorria a 12 categorias e levou 8 delas: “Melhor Filme”; “Melhor Direção” para Christopher Nolan; “Melhor Ator Coadjuvante” para Robert Downey Jr.; “Melhor Fotografia”; “Melhor Elenco”; “Melhor Edição”; “Melhor Trilha Sonora” e “Melhores Efeitos Visuais”.

Desbancado por “Oppenheimer”, “Barbie” foi o segundo a entrar na lista de mais premiado da edição, mas não fez feio. Apenas duas estatuetas separaram as produções. O longa de Greta Gerwig levou a melhor em seis categorias: “Melhor Roteiro Original”, “Melhor Canção Original” para “I’m Just Ken”; “Melhor Direção de Arte”; “Melhor Maquiagem e Cabelo”; “Melhor Comédia” e “Melhor Figurino”. Para surpresa de parte do público, Emma Stone deixou para trás Margot Robbie, que brilhou como Barbie, e Lily Gladstone, elogiadíssima por sua performance em “Assassinos da Lua das Flores”, ao vencer a categoria de “Melhor Atriz” por “Pobres Criaturas”. Ela ainda disputava com Sandra Hüller (Anatomia de Uma Queda), Greta Lee (Vidas Passadas) e Carey Mulligan (Maestro).

Já na parte das séries, tivemos algumas dobradinhas nas principais categorias. Assim como no Globo de Ouro deste ano, “O Urso” e “Succession” entraram para a lista das queridinhas dos críticos. A comédia gastronômica se consagrou com: “Melhor Atriz em Série de Comédia” para Ayo Edebiri; “Melhor Ator em série de Comédia” para Jeremy Allen White; e “Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em série de Comédia” para Ebon Moss-Bachrach.

Enquanto isso, “Succession”, em sua quarta e última temporada, saiu do Critics Choice Awards 2024 com três vitórias: “Melhor Série de Drama”, “Melhor Ator em Série de Drama” para Kieran Culkin, e “Melhor Atriz em Série de Drama” para Sarah Snook. Já “A Treta”, que começou a ganhar seu espaço nas premiações, arrematou os troféus de “Melhor Ator” e “Melhor Atriz em Minissérie ou Telefilme” para Steven Yeun e Ali Wong.

Jonathan Bailey, mais conhecido por seu trabalho em “Bridgerton“, conquistou a associação e venceu na categoria de “Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Minissérie ou Telefilme” por “Companheiros de Viagem”. Já Billy Crudup faturou o título de “Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Série de Drama” por “The Morning Show“, enquanto Meryl Streep ganhou como “Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante em Série de Comédia” por “Only Murders in the Building”.

Elizabeth Debicki conseguiu mais uma estatueta como “Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante em Série de Drama” após viver a princesa Diana em “The Crown“, e a Netflix ainda se deu bem com o sucesso “Lupin”, que levou para casa o prêmio de “Melhor Série em língua não-inglesa”.
