Os melhores! Nesta segunda-feira (6), foram anunciados os indicados ao “Critics Choice Award” 2022, nas categorias de televisão. A elogiada “Succession”, da HBO, saiu mais uma vez na frente, com oito nomeações. “Mare of Easttown”, também da HBO, foi mais um destaque dos anúncios, com cinco indicações. Surpreendendo alguns críticos, “Evil”, do Paramount Plus, se saiu muito bem, também concorrendo a cinco troféus.
A queridinha “Only Murders In The Building” também foi reconhecida com quatro nomeações – “Melhor Série de Comédia” e as demais para os protagonistas: Selena Gomez, Steve Martin e Martin Short. A HBO encabeçou as categorias, recebendo 20 indicações. A rival Netflix veio atrás, com 18. Fazendo história, a sensação sul-coreana “Round 6” foi a primeira série em língua não-inglesa a concorrer ao prêmio de “Série de Drama”, além de seu protagonista, Lee Jung-jae, estar no páreo na categoria de “Ator de Drama”.
Em comparação ao ano passado, as principais categorias da premiação sofreram grandes chacoalhões – causados pelo término de algumas produções, além de pausas por conta da pandemia da Covid-19. Em drama, a vencedora do ano passado, “The Crown”, não apareceu. Apenas reprisaram indicações “The Good Fight” e “This Is Us”. Em comédia, somente “Ted Lasso” e “What We Do in the Shadows” voltaram.
As categorias de cinema da 27ª edição do “Critics Choice Awards” serão anunciadas no dia 13 de dezembro. A premiação está marcada para 9 de janeiro, ao vivo do Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, em Los Angeles, com transmissão no The CW e TBS. Confira todos os indicados nas categorias de televisão:
